Gagen Rai started Simplicit Compliance in 2021. Following 7+ years as a Procurement Specialist, with a keen interest in Strategic Procurement, Strategy & Risk Compliance, she saw an opportunity to create a sustainable Consultancy Firm that would spearhead Governance &Compliance within any business.
With extensive industry experience across a number of sectors including; Private Healthcare, Global Legal Services, Financial Services, Gagen enjoys identifying and mitigating risks and encouraging compliance.
During her personal time, Gagen loves playing Netball (mainly as GD/WD), mentoring Young Adults (ages 15-21) and Shopping.
